Full Planning

My most popular package and we do it all together! I am with you every step of the way from right after your engagement until the last event of your reception. Assisting in vendor selections and appointments, layouts of ceremony & reception, helping to determine an accurate total wedding budget, and providing décor/style ideas and advice along the way are among some of the many things we will do together to create your vision met with your personality and style.

Memorable Moments will act as the main point of contact for your venue & vendors and will continually make all the necessary accommodations, with your input, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the experience! My signature wedding timeline and budget tracking spreadsheet are also included along with everything included in the Day of Coordination Package. The price is a percentage of the total wedding budget and will include a specific amount of planning hours. This package’s total price can be broken up into payments, whichever is best for the client with the first payment due at contract signing.

Day of Coordination

For this package, I come on board during the last months or weeks of the planning process to help wrap up all loose ends with the venue & vendors, assist with any last minute bookings, and coordinate the important events of the wedding weekend. All the steps and timelines will be set into place and passed along to all major contacts so vendors, bridal party, family, the bride and groom, and others know where they need to be and when. The entire weekend’s events are put into order from vendors’ contracts and times confirmed to when the bouquet is thrown. This package also includes on site Rehearsal & Day of Coordination!

Pricing starts at a flat rate and goes up depending on the total wedding budget, because larger budget weddings are more involved and will require more coordination and planning hours than the smaller budget weddings. Because of the demand for my most popular package, the Full Planning, a Day of Coordination package cannot be guaranteed for a wedding date unless it is 4 months or less away! This package’s total price can be broken up into payments, whichever is best for the client with the first payment due at contract signing.

*Every bride is entitled to a complimentary consultation to make sure we are a right fit before getting started. Pricing is determined on all packages after disclosure of the estimated total wedding budget. Some packages may include an additional charge for out of area weddings and no planning will begin until a contract is signed and a deposit is paid! Customized and a la Carte packaging are also available for certain dates & events.
